Lisa Brogdon promoted to Group Director, Human Resources

We are pleased to announce that Lisa Brogdon has been promoted to the position of Group Director, Human Resources, effective Jan. 1, 2022. Lisa most recently worked in the capacity of Corporate Human Resources Manager. She will remain based in Birmingham.
In her new role, Lisa will support the McWane Ductile operations, Manchester Tank and Amerex. She will work closely with HR leadership across these divisions to help drive strategic and tactical efforts and liaise with all functions to share best practices and ideas to strengthen our business. Her knowledge of the McWane organization structure and understanding of policy, processes and practices will greatly benefit her and the teams she supports.
Lisa brings 20 years of HR experience in generalist roles, including the last five with McWane, supporting corporate and all divisions across the U.S. Prior to joining the company, she worked with Con-Way Freight, serving in positions of increasing responsibility at different locations, and she has also worked in human resources capacities with NSK Corporation and ProQuest Company (formerly Bell & Howell).
